The car hire desks are all situated within the arrivals hall at Dusseldorf airport. The cars are parked in the rental car garage. The garage is accessed easily via a covered pedestrian bridge on the departures level. There are signs within the terminal to show you the way.

When you return the vehicle, follow the signs for Abflug (departures) then Mietwagen (rental cars). The same pedestrian bridge is then your way back into the departures area for your onward flight.
