Paris Charles de Gaulle airport is the largest international airport in France and one of Europe's busiest. It is also known as Roissy airport as it is actually situated in the town of Roissy-en-France 23 km to the northeast of the capital.
As a major airport there are a large number of car hire companies with offices at the airport. These include:
Terminal 1 - Level 5 arrivals hall
Terminals 2A 2B 2C 2D - Level 1 between 2A/2C and 2B/2D
Terminals 2E and 2F - Outdoor parking area, exit 2a on arrivals level
Terminal 2G - PG outdoor car park
Terminal 3 - There are no desks at terminal 3, just dropboxes for keys
When you enter the airport grounds, follow the signs for Terminal 1 or 2 and then the signs for car rental. Please always check the instructions given to you by your car hire company in advance of reaching the airport.
There is a petrol filling station close to the airport if you have to refuel but do bear in mind that this can be more expensive. If you need a large amount of fuel we suggest filling up further away and only topping up at the airport if necessary.
