After you have collected your bags, follow the signs for Ground Transportation. If your chosen rental firm is 'off-airport' then you will need to take a different bus. Returning your rental car at Detroit Metro airport
When you return to the airport, drive your car to the Rental Car Campus which is on Lucas Drive on the Northeast corner of the airport. It is signposted. Once you have handed back the keys and sorted any paperwork, the shuttle bus will take you back to the terminal. Off- airport rental should be returned to where you picked up the car unless otherwise directed by your rental company.
