The car hire desks are at on the ground floor of terminal one at Valencia airport. Some companies such as Centauro are based 'off-airport'. If you go upstairs to departures you will find a parking area where there is a sign saying 'Info Point'. This is where you will find the shuttle bus to take you to their offices.
