Loss of use covers you for costs charged by rental firms if they cannot hire out the car for a period because of damage you are responsible for. Where the answer is Yes, rather than a specific limit, loss of use charges will be paid as long as the total claim does not exceed the single incident claim limit.

Many car hire companies in Iceland exclude damage from Volcanic Ash, Sand and Gravel from their standard cover, but offer an additional policy to cover this.

Shows whether the policy will allow you to add other drivers who can hire cars in their own name, and the criteria they need to meet to qualify.
